System Requirements: 32/64 bit Windows 10 or later; 128 MB RAM (Recommended: 512 MB RAM or greater); At least 205 MB of free hard disk space. Note that this version included the Java RE to allow running the tool on PCs that are reluctant to install the Java update.

Note that we are distributing this version as an independent tool; Users can choose to keep the previous 1.x version installed on their PC.
