The ERICA Beta version Build 2.0.240 includes the following experimental features:

Dynamic Marine model

This simple Dynamic Marine model has been implemented for only these reference organisms: Fishes, Crustacean, Mollusc bivalve, Mammal and Bird. The model is restricted to 3 isotopes: Sr-90, Pu-239 and Cs-137, but it might be expanded to more radionuclides on the ERICA default list, in the future, if that is considered of importance, noting that finding suitable radionuclide-specific parameters may be challenging.

Radon and Thoron in decay chain Calculator

For testing the Radon and Thoron in decay chain Calculator, create a new project and select to start a Tier 2 Assessment. In the Assessment Context screen, select Terrestrial ecosystem and Ra-224, Ra-226 and/or Th-228. You can find the option to use "Radon and Thoron in decay chain calculator" at the bottom of the panel to the right of the screen. Continue to next steps, and in Input screen, enter the concentration values and the parameter for the Radon calculator. Complete the assessment and review the results.
